It's not a " somebody'" but many buyers being blindsided by Continuation Capital promoters. IF it were a large buyer then wouldn't it be easier to buy the unrestricted stock from the 300,000,000 block stippick is dumping at .0017...assume still some left for any takers but Continuation Capital will keep buying at .0017 if they can quickly dump at .0027 or better...easy money and Stippick gets his cash...the crook!
