The magic hat of course! In all seriousness, there are only a few options: dilution, debt, partner

Dilution - not sure how dilution gets them enough run way.
Debt - nope.
Partner - doesn't seem likely.

So...

Is there some other alternative? A reverse-merger? Just sell it all for next to nothing?

I guess we found out - eventually.
