You have to wonder why IMNP didn't insert clauses in licensing agreement that would stipulate that continuance only happens based on 2.5 mil and full payment being received otherwise termination of deal would be effected. I don't have a clue why they would continue a license handing over all intellectual property without any money coming in. Think about it. Debt remains, no money in the bank, no liabilities assumed. But some how Teper continues to pay a 1 percent fee to sell as much drug as he wishes and can sub license as much as he wishes without paying a dime to IMNP. If that's not a Scam. I don't know what is. IMNP retains all ownership while Vector then gets to frolic around the party selling its new party favours to customers for huge price tag and then somehow only pay a 1 percent fee at the end of the day back to IMNP. If that's not crooked, I don't know what is. Funny how no one is even talking about that little racket.
