Keep an eye on the “last size” & level 2 activity throughout the day; preferably towards the close. I’ve been monitoring this, and it doesn’t make sense (considering commission costs) for retail traders to make 10,000 share purchases at a price this low. And again...the price spread dictates the liquidity imo.
