Name and symbol change should have happened a month ago; it's just paperwork. Word on the street is they are trying for QB status. Ambitious IMO at this point since you have to be trading at or over .01 for a minimum of 30 days before even being considered.

With all the dumb games being played on the current PPS, it makes more sense to me to just stay PINK and actually become a company that people recognize, i.e. do some deals, acquire some companies, generate revenue. You know, things that normal companies do.
