Skis I’m familiar with their wildwood property hidden valley. As a ski resort it’s a shithole but that land has to be worth a gazillion dollars. Wildwood is one of the most expensive areas in St. Louis. I would bet the land is worth far more than what it’s carried for on the books.

When posting on VMC boards all postings should have a symbol in the header and if foreign please post both US and Foreign symbols.
