And if by chance the data is really strong then perhaps they apply for accelerated approval? Pretty clear that the FDA did, or was going to, reject the request for an earlier data readout. However, ADXS only needed the FDA to approve that request in order to maintain compliance with the SPA. ADXS could, theoretically, look at the data and proceed without the SPA.
