chuck,
1.Worthiness: relevance: value, importance, weight given to any information. Whether you use logic, stats, theory, combination.

2.Yes, I believe the hiring notice are irrelevant and no insight can be gained from such. That is my opinion. I had a good chuckle with lightrock about that. You may disagree or ask why I have that opinion? (Reference worthiness above)

3. I think the article was less than poorly researched....I actually wouldn’t use word research....I would say it was written for price discovery or price improvement. Play = buy, sell, hold, volume, price discovery, know your points and act on them with conviction. (Side note: its unfathomable to not act upon ones conviction for the sake of taxes when you have excess of capital gains % change daily....yet there are those that have been spending their time contemplating such)

4, geert says no raise or he goes to jail makes cvm investable for me: (reference : worthiness / relevance above) I don’t know geert. I could imagine that he’d be willing to go to jail to get MK across the line ( failure or success is irrelevant). However I’m certain as any logical person that he wouldn’t go to jail because something he said just to say it. (Note: some of my statements are expirence and facts and combination). MK was funded on an idea. The funding came from a no lose market mechanic. The market mechanic was anti-dilution ( which many new investors that are younger have never even heard of becuase it has been outlawed by the sec quite a few years ago. For those that do not understand share structure and the sec laws based on a companies size that inherently require different methods for both position retention ....It gets more complicated market mechanic wise in recent years to essentially legally achieve same goal.) this has been the reason cvm was NOT investable in the past....he could and needed to raise capital to get MK across the line....
Now since geert has made the “cue” statements; everything has changed and it is investable or he goes to jail. ( imo geert won’t volunteer to go to jail because what he said....that’s my logic at least)
Ask yourself: what would happen to geert if he raises capital via dilution now based on “his” statements: below:
Idmc insinuates ( insert geerts words here)
Shorts are attacking and want a deal; I said no
I bought shares internally to fund
Study should be ending soooon
We have sufficient cash to meet endpoint
....and on and on....what else he say?
(Side note teaching lesson- you’d have to hire somebody to clean up the building ing and make sure everthing works if you want to sell your assets in case of a liquidation event just as much as you’d hire to do the work internally in the event of succes going forward——hence hiring is a zero imo;and why I stated know the “worthiness”/ relevance of information—-“cues”)

And so....what happens to geert if dilutes now vs before?
No jail vs jail
Wasn’t investable vs now investable

I welcome any other questions or specifications.....
