As for now, they will need to bring this up The old fashion way. Hard work and honesty.
Those two things would turn this around in a blink

That and a different CEO. That's where the honesty would come in. As long as the currect CEO remains I see no future for this company.

If someone tries to convince you to buy a stock they usually have a personal agenda to do so. Not because they are concerned about you making money but about convincing you to buy so they can make money. Same is true for those yelling sell.
