I called my broker today to see if companies are required to notify shareholders in writing informing them of the shareholders meeting. He said technically the SEC/EDGAR posting was considered public notice. TKO is also on the AMEX and they don't have a formal notification requirement like NASDQ or NYSE so I guess their notification is sufficient. I just think it's a little chikenshit way of doing things but that's our TKO.
