Yes, all the work and infrastructure built is coming to a head. It has been awhile on the audit process, but it is both 'Build the system to audit' as well as 'audit' This is normal for a growth company. AMFE has a LOT of business to audit, so this is a high class problem to have.

Near term catalysts: (Within 3 months)

- Completion of FY18 audit. (expected ~$15.5 M)
- Completion of FY19 Q1-3 (expected to beat FY18)
- Completion of FY19 Annual (Though could be a hair long from 3 months of today as it is due 9/30/19)
- Uplisting to QB
- Spin off of Interlok kings (and I suspect everything but Snakes) free shares in the spin off for AMFE shareholders
- GRO3 News announcements
- Morning KTU holiday and shipment news
- Morning next games : Red Panda / Buurn news
- Snakes Locations News
- Any other catalysts in the pipe we don't know about yet.
