because 150B is not a sure thing

what if there is a 300B crisis?

we need RE insurance from GOV

the 150B for F and F is a lot but not in a crisis (even if the crisis is not >150B -- there would possibly be a crisis in confidence)

remember 5 T is on the line

what if the Chinese and or the Russians start to sell paper in 100B lots?
