Siggy....they HAVE to get to $4.00 per share to uplist on Nasdaq. Even if they buy back 1/3 of all the shares and get down to 1 billion shares outstanding (at a cost of $10 million minimum to buy 500 million shares back)....they would have to be a $4 billion dollar company ($4 x 1 Billion shares = $4 billion market cap) in order to uplist without a RS.

Tell me...how do they get from a $26 million dollar company with a share price of .018 to a $4 billion dollar company with a $4 share price?

You must believe it is possible without a RS so let's see your plan!
