Yeah, the deal is somehow still trying to be pushed thru as far as I know.

It was a dumb deal when BTC was at 3500.

I agree that there's potential upside here with btc @ 13500, but there's no reason for the deal.

Hopefully it works out for all involved, but there's no question shareholders are getting the shaft if that deal goes thru.
