Yes, the price of this stock was briefly above 10¢ last year, and yes, Nobody12378 did ask me whether I would sell all of my shares for 9¢. I asked him for details of the offer, but I never saw the details, and I'm concerned that his offer would be withdrawn as soon as he learns my real name. I require anonymity as a condition of any offer to buy all of my tens of thousands shares at the 9¢ price that is currently available to anyone who wants a few thousand shares, all-or-nothing.
FYI, I have had a significant portion of my shares available for 9¢ each for days. I even reduced the price of those shares down from 9.5¢, but no one has bought them at either price, which proves my point. No one thinks that 9¢ is a bargain price for the stock, even considering the confidence I've seen on this board for more than a year that the Appeals Court's final ruling will produce a multiplication of the current price.
This message is for everyone. If you really believe that the GERS price will be over 20¢ sometime next year, you should demonstrate that by accepting my offer to buy some of my shares at a price of "only" 9¢ each. I think that none of you will accept this offer, because none of you believes that the GERS price will be anywhere near 20¢ next year.
Hey, has the Greenshift CEO proved that the company has a healthy set of financial statistics to show to the world by sending the SEC the 10-Q for the first quarter of this year? I didn't think so.
