There are many reasons to see investment bankers.

Doesn't VYST need money though?
Rotmans "merger" isn't adding much to the pot.

If they are looking for financing (money) for continued operations etc., is there any way to get very much without having the amount backed with stock?

Positive revenue would help, but that seems to be a bit down the road yet.
