OF course it hurts, but there is a big picture that will play out @ it's own speed and timing! The only thing that has changed is the price and "fear" now has settled in! Prior it was unicorns and endless mermaids looking for a date!
Don't take the eye off the ball. I would not doubt that the shares will dip again in the morning because of being scared of the "black hole downside".

Management has not changed
listing is still going to happen
Major agreement with a Mammoth sized cmpy TMO
Company cannot release any kind of monetary agreement because if they did
they would have to file with the SEC all over again.
Don't lose sight of the biotechnology that this cmpy possesses .
Again look at this management team- i am only repeating this because this is a major driver!
There almost total certainty that brokerage firm involvement is looming once listing happens.
Finally, once listed many firms( hedge funds, mutual funds, brokerage firm investors) can now buy!
