I couldn’t help but notice that you and Riel are very new to ihub. If some of the investors in fles are new to the otc, that would explain a lot of the shock and rage over here.

OTC’s are on the otc for a reason. Theres not a lot of oversight on the otc. Deadlines are missed and shareholders are regularly lied to because there’s no regulatory agency that gives a crap.

That’s why small startups come to the otc. They know they can get the benefits of being public by diluting to fund operations, while not having any regulatory agency holding their feet to the fire and making sure their on the up and up. 99.99% of otc’s are either outright scams or at least partially so.

Bottom line, while this may have been an expensive lesson for many. Never INVEST in the otc. You will ALWAYS be lied to. You will NEVER be treated like a stakeholder. Short term trades is all they are good for.
FLES is no diff then 99.99% of all the other otc companies trading.

Just move on folks. You will never get any satisfaction here. Just aggravation on top of aggravation. Don’t give yourselves heart attack’s for no purpose.
