They have already issued another 100 Billion of these shares to debenture holders.. They turn around and sell their massiveness discounted shares for millions of dollars. American Green was never meant to make a profit, just to make debenture holders millions on retail shareholders backs.. Classic pump and dump scam.

Back in 2014 the A/S was 1.75 Billion

Now its 60 Billion

And all they have accomplished is pissing away another 15 Million shareholders dollars. over 32 Million in total now..

But the debenture holders have made millions..
