On June 10, 2019, the Company entered into a share exchange agreement with PAI TECH Article Intelligence LTD. Pursuant to the
terms of the agreement the Company acquired all of the outstanding shares of common stock of PAI TECH in return for 10,500,000
restricted common shares to current shares holders and 2,000,000 to a third party doing consultant working with PAI TECH, totalling
12,500,000 common stock of the company.
