Previous outstanding shares were 107 million from December 2018. Outstanding shares just updated on OTC Markets yesterday listed as 139 million. This stock has limited dilution and what current outstanding share numbers may mean is that they have started to bring in revenue. People need to pay attention here MM's are playing games to shake out cheap shares.
