If you read the language in the 8k exhibit it should be clear that there would be no merger without me first made CEO. My role here is to make sure it is a clean transition and there are no landmines that could later impact Hulogix. Hence previous twitter references to cleaning up debt etc. I was not going to leave old management in place that have done nothing but made a mess of the entity and simply trust them to hand over a clean entity. I'm making sure it's clean first for Hulogix sake and shareholder's sake.
