Barnyard bull is the fuel that drives many of these kind of wanna be public trading companies. As long as money is to be made, many could care less. For me the so called 'modern Indiana Jones' has been a questionable character.

Here is a list of all nations that have ratified the UNESCO Underwater Cultural Heritage Treaty. Focus particularly on the Western Hemisphere Countries, particularly Caribbean, Gulf of Mexico. No private sector commercial treasure hunting permitted. Also keeping in mind that Florida does not currently issue salvage contracts. Global Marine is a prime example of the old stab-in-the-back that Florida gave them. So that said where is this company, that can't find treasure, going to go to try and find treasure? Now the new pitch seems to be that the jumping manta is going to produce the new secret weapon. No one has yet produced a link to there proven achievements in undersea technology. I'm most interested to see.
