A strategy definitely worth following, IMO.

I add in some personal wisdom gleaned through the years. Both on the job and through various information outlets.

There's a certain "gut feeling" applied as well. Some call it hokey, but, I put that into the mix as well.

Whatever I can do to assess the viability of an investment is what I will do.

Overall, to each their own. I am glad to be Holding the Golden, though.
