It is amusing that anyone thinks it is great news for the OWCP stooges to pay over $11 million for a $5 million stock purchase agreement. The investment community is getting a good laugh at the bragging about OWCP paying over $11 million for a $5 million SPA.

And the best part is defending the company for diluting the shareholders - but this OTCM novice investors home for getting scam.
