1 - Company had less than $500 cash as stated in its last report
2 - Company does nothing but issue stock to strategic toxic financiers to keep these crooks employed
3 - Company is nothing but smoke and mirrors. They have no business and everyone reads right through all the constant chasing of the new buzzword in the space. They make no money, have done nothing but burn through millions of dollars, have done nothing but support the pump and dump coordinated by the likes of Barry Honig, John O’Rouke and John Stetson:

4 - Company has a Board comprised of all shills that continually allow this scam to issue millions of shares and dilute the stock almost every other week.
5 - Company will not benefit from legalization in Illinois or any other state or have any benefit from “CBD”. They have never come close to being profitable and run by a bunch of idiots that have failed at everything they touch.
6 - Company is laughed at by any credible person who knows about the industry. They have been referred to as “the band of misfits” at every conference or cannabis convention I have every attended.
