"In addition to the purchaser, the Debtors have several additional interested suitors that have been reviewing the anti-eotaxin data room,
which suitors the Debtors believe will participate in an auction and have the financial wherewithal to close a transaction.


"With respect to AmiKet, the Debtors have organized its data room. Several suitors have begun accessing the AmiKet data room. The Debtors and these suitors believe AmiKet has value because it is a non-opioid base pain killer."

"The Debtors are in discussions with the Israeli trustee about engaging a company to market NanoCyclo. These discussions are in their infancy; however, there may be some unexpected value for the benefit of creditors that can be derived from NanoCyclo."
