Just got done going through the IMNP Opposition filings that were posted today. They will be filing a motion to sell Bert soon. All they say is the stalking horse offer is for substantially more than 4.5 million. They are still anticipating a bidding process will drive the price up quite a bit.

In the filings, IMNP really grilsl both Discover and ICO. Ico didn't even have a reason to terminate the license in the first place. They also really go on and on how wrong Discover is and how converting to Chapter 7 would screw everyone except Discover. Just really anxious to see what the Bert offer is.
