I stated long ago I was serving as a messenger only, with no recommendation at any time. I was trying to maintain a line of communication. For whatever reason I have a good relationship with John and can communicate with him frequently and frankly. Obviously I at times felt uncomfortable passing along signs of hope from him, but the stock is not registered, so I did not fear anyone would buy shares based on information I was relaying.

I will continue to communicate with John, but he realizes that the only thing that actually counts is re-registration of the stock and issuance of the permit by CAR and contracts for coal.
