I’m not saying it was a liquidation. I’m refuting your claim that they’d need to buy the company or RM in order to get the patents. They bought the patents. Unless of course they left some out but in Deepak’s LOI he makes a special statement. “Please note that the Assets would include trade secrets, patents, and R&D breakthroughs. Was Lot 3- Intangible Assets leaving out specific ones?
