Bwhahaha, Florida? You expect them to become a player in Florida? I mean that's laughable at best. They overpaid for a license and will never grow at the facility where Spring Oaks is located. Have you even looked at where the greenhouse is located? They will NEVER be approved to grow there, I guarantee it as it's less than a 1/4 mile from an elementary school.

I've reviewed the terms, which mean nothing as they got plenty of cash for a old greenhouse, why would they care about the share price? Stanley and Victoria Harris were made instant millionaires.

Even an article in the Orlando Sentinel spells it out for you...

"For Spring Oaks Greenhouses, Lockwood said the plan is to construct a small greenhouse to get state authorization for a growing operation, and then move on to constructing a processing facility.

“We are not going to be building a 200,000-square-foot greenhouse right away,” Lockwood said. “In a parallel path, we are evaluating what our permit plan is.”

They don't even have a plan! Seriously, these guys are a joke.
