I can tell like most here you are very upset about the company and your lose of money.

However I think you are incorrect in your assumptions that they do not care.

They are a business, there are things they have to do to clean things up for the restructuring and uplisting. They have revenue, they have a great set up with 57 wearhouses, they sell a lot of great products for amazing brands and they just added another one.

If you research uplisting and restructuring you can see debt has to be cleared. They had a small net operating loss on their last financials, using all of their money to pay off Nurses debt would hurt more than help the company. Dulition is the answer, even though I do not like it at all. It sucks, a lot. It is a necessary evil.

Uplist is probably about 9 months out, 10K is probably coming this week with the 10Q following in another week.
