And if you remember, the run to .019 didn’t last that long. And after a month, it crashed back down to doubles and has been declining ever since.

But yet, we have been told by this CEO every Q since: “ We have had record revenues”..

Sorry, that just does not make any sense whatsoever. Record revenues do not cause a decline in the stock price. As a stats guy, its obvious there should have been a positive linear correlation between the two.

So there are basically two explanations:

All these crazy conspiracy theories I have read about bashing and MM manipulation to keep the stock price down are true

Berman is a liar and a con man who padded/is padding his own pockets at the expense of his investors

I am inclined to believe the latter.
