Kenny learned his Jan lesson - don't give out deadlines. Don't even indicate when a phase was completed. Because then the clock would start to tick again.

Was this a pump to boost pps?

More like just stabilize the PPS. Too much retail SH exhaustion to expect a boost against 1.2B+ shares in the O/S=float.
