I do think SHMP is a solid company working on execution.

They got they patents and process and need to execute to production and revenues now. Its clear they sold shares to pay for the expanded operations. (Went from ~93M to ~313M) This is not a knock / criticism, its a necessity. SHMP has been a development company and is moving to operations, it has to be paid for somehow. (Normally here in Silicon Valley start up land, we just gets rounds of funding a, b, c, d, e etc and hopefully not too many before IPO or get acquired. No one sees it, but EVERY company in RD going to production has it. Fact of business. Just here in the OTC, its like being pre=ipo level but under the scrutiny of the public eye. And the 'public eye' down here doesn't necessarily have good vision but has a runny mouth, heh)

Its more about when a company does raise money, what do they do with it? Scams will run paid promos about future revenues, real companies like SHMP will build infrastructure and continue down a plan of execution. Always challenges here and there while doing it, but maintain a forest view on where they are towards their goals.

So this is more about execution now. Solid product. Solid Market potential. Just got to build those production lines out, produce and create revenue.

I give it a thumbs up for sure. For investors its more about there comfort level. Get in now, while its greatly pulled back, but prior to revenues. Or, pay a little more later but mitigate some risk by the fact they are producing.

I'd say most folks in the OTC are risk tolerant, but that doesn't equate to savvy about investing. ;)
