Well, it is a forum on the web.

Not sure where they are implying for certain but this is forum that the stock at length, and im assuming they are not implying twitter or facebook as I don't see read all that much negativity there.

Inevitably I believe its the remarks by the politician in the media may have been the trigger for legal action and the second part may be insinuating they may be looking into see if there are ties elsewhere to see if an actual organized misinformation campaign exists or whether it was just simply butt-hurt investors.
