The following failures on Berman’s part have NOTHING to do with investor harassment calls: 1. No CO move 2. No name change after two years ( Do you have any concept of how foolish it is to be calling this company by its planned ticker name??) It does not exist.. Once again, look at your brokerage account- the ticker name is ONCI. Got it now? 3. No audit ( another failed promise and lie) 4. No way that the revenues he is claiming are real. You would not see a pps of .0006. The market would be responding totally different if the revenues were real. 5. He recently was caught in a lie by his own tweet, claiming the first of many meetings with insurance companies , yet a previous tweet from 2018 he posted was reposted any an investor claiming essentially the same thing. 6. No company website. Any reputable company whether startup or not will have a website explaining its mission, products and structure. That’s just a given in the Information Age of business today. No such website exists for ONCI. Not acceptable.
