Appreciate the efforts to reiterate that merits of this company. Not that I needed to be convinced...

This was such a great weekend filled with optimism, to be shot down like this following approval is really striking. The decision for a shelf registration, announced almost immediately upon approval is beyond ignorant, was clearly planned well ahead of time, and unfortunately feels intentional to hold the price down and let shorts cover. I would not doubt the emergence of lawsuits and there goes the $40 million you just raised in legal fees. Was that a management decision or did the investment firm push for this? They, along with the board, should be included in the suits. So interesting they voted themselves in the day before...

I have had a sizable investment for a couple years now, and felt very much it was a gamble on approval that has incredibly reaped no rewards (except not to lose everything?). As optimistic as I am on the merits of their products, this was a really bad execution.

At this point very much hoping their clear orchestration of events following approval includes very positive orchestrated events they know are coming to undo this debacle now that their friends were able to cover and/or buy in at a great price. Because the next conference call and the lines of questioning will not be pleasant, and this experience (if I’m still a shareholder next year), will guarantee no one who manages this company should be re-elected. And I now almost want to remain a shareholder just to cast that vote.
