Then where are the Form 4’s.? Being a “related party” does not, in and of itself, trigger the Rule 144 Affiliate selling restriction.

If they are affiliates they have not filed the required Form 3/4 for those issuances.

And since I doubt they overlooked that...they are not covered by the restriction.

Just the harsh reality.

And SEC filers are still ONLY SIX MONTHS holding for Rule 144 no matter where they trade.

Non-filers are a year.

VYST is an SEC registrant.
