Thanks for the link and clarification Fosco.

It seems that the shear size of this trial is good for the outcome as it negates the potential randomness of how patients are assigned to either the SOC group or the MK group. If one group or the other had a disproportionate share of the most severe cases in its arm then there would be potential distortion of the OAS results one way or the other. This should decrease with a large sample size as is the case with this trial.
