The CEO is a complete PROVEN scammer. Everything she says is a lie! She's been called out on her lies for years now!! My favorite time was when the FAA called her out on a lie to run her stock. That was epic.

She has said verbally, through tweets and PR's "The company does not plan to do a reverse split." LOL that was all said BEFORE not one, but TWO, 1/1000 R/S. WOW way to destroy the investors.

Look at dirty Vigil's history... A proven scammer, proven liar, proven fraud, and a proven criminal. But good luck to anyone investing in this scam.

Rule No.1: Never lose money. Rule No.2: Never forget rule No.1.
