I have level 2 sir. What I am saying is we can see the bid whacks but don’t know the full story. The updated SS numbers will tell that story for us next week. We also know that they did have some notes to pay off and $300,000 or $400,000 to raise to pay GSCG for the acquisition. Clearly, they would need to get that money from us.
