How do they generate revenues & profits?

I see this little company taking payments in various altcoins they get involved with, a little equity on occasion, but where are the revenues that will generate growing profits? Is their creative approach to a business model in the burgeoning bitcoin/altcoin/blockchain world going to work out, or will it just miss the boat? This one is tough to figure out and I would welcome input/clarification. Thanks.
