I think James "Dogman" Gee has just set himself up to be the fall guy for this scam. According to the SEC somplaint, they were seeking to forbid Rufus from being an officer of a public company. It looks like CSHD may be looking for their next CEO here very shortly. Who do you think would be first in line? President of the bagholder club?
