I think you are missing my point. The "reason" they bail out is irrelevant. They announced the LOI to sell shares. It was pumped and dumped (just look at the chart, it is right in front of you).
Now they are using that same PR to sell all these diluted shares.
I don't know what their reason will be. I am only stating they will come up with something. But don't worry, soon you'll know the reason when they announce it.
I would be driving a Lambo if all the "so-called" LOI's I got in on back in the day actually went through. And the vast majority of them all looked great, so it blew my mind when they got canceled.
But than again, that was when I first started trading so I didn't know it was just a share selling game.
