If this were going to .60+ then why did beneficial shareholder Jason Nielsen dump $1.2 million worth of shares at .04 on April 4, 2019? Dumping enough so he would fall below the % that required filing Form 4’s.


I suspect he is continuing to dump now especially after that surprise of auditor resigning.

Owning 12.9% of a Company seems a bit steep for someone running a promo site (undervaluedstocks.us now deleted). Which came first? Acquiring all those shares or setting up the now deleted website and bogus twitter sites to promote the stock he owned.
