Correct, they are not. But FuelCell is not mentioned regarding a project that needs to be replaced because the first project was a failure. Read all articles about or related to the story. On the other hand, I still stand Pat on my opinion, any news perceived as + about fuel cells in general is good for all fuel cell companies until they begin turning a profit or become widely accepted as a viable option for alternative, reliable, affordable energy and important to national security.
