Shareholders meeting on Sept 25 (or so ) will vote on two positions....
1. Reverse split and re-issuance of some shares so we may reep the full benefits of all the hard work to date...or 2. accept a low ball bid that Naz has in hand and merge.

I'm voting for the immediate buyout. Alone we can be stopped!
