1. Caveat Emptor Tag on OTC Market Board
2. Over 16 Billion Outstanding Shares , Up from 3.4 Billion Share OS just 6 months ago
3. The value of the company does not justify a .01 stock until a reverse takes place.
4. The float is too large.
