Davidsan, your analysis is level headed and has increased my level of
discomfort. In looking at the scant and as yet filled out details of this deal, I have some questions as well. For instance, if the 25% cash part of
this aquisition is valued at $2 mill, then the remaining 75% part of the
aquisition must be valued at $6 mill which at current share price works
out to about 150 mill shares. This is assuming that the deal for the share
part is calculated at current share price value. So then after the r/s
the Rottmans would receive 150 mill shares? Quite the windfall. Not sure
if I am clear, but this has potential red flags all over it. It all depends
on when they calculate the 6 mill (75%) part of the purchase price into
shares right? We need more info.
